Terms of Service — Symmetry Gate™

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Symmetry Gate™ at symmetrygate.ai(the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by VizzEx LLC("VizzEx," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Symmetry Gate™ is a free AI crawler fidelity audit tool that analyzes publicly accessible URLs to detect asymmetry between raw HTML and rendered DOM signals — factors that affect how AI systems index, retrieve, and cite web content. The Service is provided by VizzEx LLC, which also operates vizzex.ai and offers software and programs for AI visibility and Signal Clarity.

3. Free Access and Registration Requirement

The Service is offered at no charge. You may submit up to three (3) URLs for analysis without registering. After three analyses, continued use requires you to register by providing a valid email address, first name, and last name. Registration is free. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Email Communications

By registering for the Service, you expressly agree to receive email communications from VizzEx LLC. These may include:

Transactional messages, including your email verification code.
Product updates, new features, and improvements to Symmetry Gate.
Research findings and publications from VizzEx related to AI visibility, Signal Clarity, and the state of AI induction readiness across the web.
Information about VizzEx products and services.

You may unsubscribe from non-transactional marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Transactional messages (such as verification codes) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Submit URLs you do not have the right to analyze or that contain illegal content.
Attempt to circumvent the registration gate through automated means or false registration.
Use the Service to conduct any form of unauthorized scraping, stress testing, or denial of service attack against third-party websites.
Use the Service to analyze URLs for the purpose of harming, defaming, or misrepresenting any individual or organization.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the analysis methodology or proprietary scoring systems used by the Service.

6. Use of Audit Data for Research

By submitting a URL for analysis, you acknowledge and agree that VizzEx may use anonymized and aggregated audit results — with all personally identifying information removed — for research purposes. This research contributes to VizzEx's published work on AI indexation, Signal Clarity, and the state of AI induction readiness across the web. No individual URL will be attributed to any named individual or organization in any published research without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its analysis methodology, scoring models, VizzEx terminology (including "Signal Clarity," "Symmetry Gate™," "Quiet Signal," "Shadow Signal," "Structural Dissonance," and related terms), design, and software, are the intellectual property of VizzEx LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

Audit reports generated by the Service may be used by you for your own internal purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute audit reports in a way that misrepresents their source or implies endorsement by VizzEx without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIZZEX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR ANALYSIS RESULT IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE. AUDIT RESULTS REPRESENT AN AUTOMATED ANALYSIS AT A SPECIFIC POINT IN TIME AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON AS LEGAL, TECHNICAL, OR BUSINESS ADVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VIZZEX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF VIZZEX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL VIZZEX'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

VizzEx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which VizzEx LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
